Bare Essentials

‘Bare Essentials’ works as a platform for TNTC to present a

work-in-development showing of an upcoming production in

order to gain objective feedback, showcasing only the bare

essentials of our theatre: the actors and the audience.

Part performance, part social event, the evenings take the form

of a garden party to connect the artists of the company with the

public in a colloquial setting. To add to the theatrics of the night

we often have live music from local artists or company members

whilst giving everyone the opportunity to network, engage in

forums regarding the team’s creative process as well as view

materials from inside the rehearsal room, such as script

materials, design materials and rehearsal footage.
